Our tribute to the flavors of fall.
Spiced combines traditional corn whiskey with flavor-infusing practices from the world of gin production. We use our still's gin head to send our whiskey vapor through slices of fresh sweet pumpkin and a special blend of pie-inspired spices.
The spirit is then placed in once-used whiskey barrels for around 45 days before blending and bottling. Perfect for cocktails or just sipping by the fire.
Available in 750ml and 375ml bottles at our tasting room, our farmers markets and select CNY liquor stores, taverns and restaurants.
Maple Whiskey
80 proof / 40% abv
A sweet-natured spirit.
Our maple (flavored) whiskey combines the smooth punch of our 100 proof corn whiskey with the palate-pleasing taste of our favorite natural sweetener, maple syrup.
Why "flavored?" It's a labeling detail required by the U.S. government. But rest assured, the only "flavor" added to this whiskey is the flavor of 100% pure New York maple syrup from select local farms.

PLEASE NOTE: As this product is made using no chemical stablizers or other unnatural ingredients, there will be some natural color variation and sugar sediment from the maple syrup. This sediment will range in color/ texture based on the producer/season and is an indication of a naturally made product. Just give the bottle a shake and it will dissolve back into the spirit.
Our Flavor-Infused Spirits
Sometimes we like to give a little more, a bit of extra flavor to make a truly special spirit. But unlike many producers, we only use natural ingredients and top-quality whole botanicals to enhance our products - you won't find caramel color, bottled extracts or corn syrup here.
As a New York State Farm Distillery we take pride in our use of locally produced agricultural products. Just as we only ferment New York-grown grain and fruit, we only sweeten our products with ingredients that are made in New York State - that means NO REFINED SUGAR! :)
