A few views from the build-out:

Farm and Family

Founded by longtime Lebanon residents Jerry and Marlene Carvell, Old Home Distillers brings three generations of the family together in pursuit of a legacy of fine spirits.

Joined by their two sons, daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren, Jerry and Marlene have invested themselves

in the restoration of the historic Campbell Road farm property. This process began with the 2015 conversion of its 100-year-old stable into a working craft distillery, and progressed into the addition of a barrel warehouse and grain handling facility.

Thanks for joining us on the journey - we look forward to sharing a glass with you along the way.

Our Commitment to Craft

Distilleries come in many shapes, sizes, and styles, from small farm distilleries (such as Old Home) to those bottling and rebranding purchased bulk spirits. It can be tough for the consumer to know what they're really getting when they take a chance and spend their money on an unproven bottle.

Here is our promise to you, the consumer: buying an Old Home Distillers product gets you a super-premium spirit made entirely from New York State grain or fruit by members of the Carvell family. We take no shortcuts and we never shy from the hard work associated with small-batch craft production.

That's the simple truth. If someone tries to tell you otherwise you just tell them to come visit us and decide for themselves.
